30 days, no drama

Fit is personal and layering changes everything — we get it. You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or a size swap. Email contact@koinoniaadventures.us with your order code and we'll send instructions.

Conditions

Items must come back unworn beyond try-on, unwashed, with original tags attached. Try things on indoors first — once a shell has been up a mountain, it's yours. Size exchanges ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier — no waiting for the round trip.

Seam guarantee

Separate from returns: if our stitching ever fails in normal use, we repair or replace the piece at no charge, with no time limit. That's a warranty claim, not a return — just email us photos and we'll take it from there.

Refunds

Once your return lands and passes inspection, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on you: we email a prepaid return label and deduct a flat $6.99 from your refund. If we shipped the wrong item or the piece arrived defective, the label is on us — that's a warranty claim, not a return.

Restocking fee

None. We never charge restocking fees — the return label is the only cost you'll see.
